ModeAura grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and revocable permission to access and use the store for lawful shopping, customer care and informational purposes.

You are responsible for ensuring that information you submit is accurate, current and complete. You must not use another person’s information without authorization or interfere with the operation, security or accessibility of the store.

We aim to present product descriptions, dimensions, colors, images, available options and other details as clearly as reasonably possible. However, screen settings, lighting, photography, production variation and measurement methods can affect appearance or interpretation.

You are responsible for reviewing the information available for a product and deciding whether it is suitable for your intended use, styling preferences and requirements.

Materials, finishes, dimensions and care requirements may vary between handbags, jewelry, scarves, sunglasses, belts, hair accessories, hats, gloves and other items. Do not assume that guidance for one product applies to every other product.

Prices, product availability, descriptions and store content may change without prior notice. Placing an item in a shopping bag does not reserve it.

We may correct typographical errors, inaccurate descriptions, pricing errors or omissions. When an error materially affects a submitted order, we may contact you for instructions or cancel the affected portion and issue any appropriate refund for amounts collected.

Taxes, shipping charges and other applicable amounts are displayed during checkout when available.

Orders are prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days after confirmation. Carrier transit begins after dispatch and is separate from the preparation period.

Delivery dates and transit estimates are not guarantees. Timing may be affected by destination, address accuracy, carrier operations, local processing, customs procedures, seasonal demand, weather or other circumstances outside ModeAura’s reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and deliverable address. Contact ModeAura promptly when an address needs correction. Changes cannot be assured after preparation or carrier processing has begun.

Depending on the destination, local authorities or delivery providers may assess duties, taxes, handling charges or other fees that were not collected during checkout.

Return or refund eligibility may depend on the product, its condition, timing, evidence provided and the circumstances of the request, subject to applicable consumer law.

Contact ModeAura before sending an item back. An unannounced parcel may not include the information needed to identify the order or assess the request.

When reporting an incorrect, incomplete or damaged item, provide the order information, a clear description and relevant photographs when available. Avoid using, altering, cleaning or repairing the item before receiving guidance.

Approved refunds are normally directed to the original payment method. Financial institutions and payment providers control their own posting timeframes.

The store and its content, including the ModeAura name, branding, layout, graphics, written material, product presentation and original visual elements, are owned by or licensed to ModeAura and may be protected by intellectual property laws.

You may view store content for personal shopping and informational use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, commercially exploit, scrape or create derivative works from protected store content without prior written authorization.

The store may rely on third-party services for hosting, payment processing, analytics, communications, fraud prevention, shipping or other operational functions.

Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and practices. ModeAura is not responsible for third-party systems to the extent that they operate independently and outside our reasonable control.

References to third-party products or services do not necessarily constitute an endorsement or guarantee.

You must not use the store or its services to:

• Violate applicable law or the rights of another person.
• Submit false, misleading, fraudulent or unauthorized information.
• Introduce malicious code, automated attacks or disruptive technology.
• Attempt to bypass security, access restrictions or payment controls.
• Collect data from the store through unauthorized scraping or automated means.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your authority.
• Interfere with store performance, customer access or operational integrity.

We may restrict or terminate access when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

We may update, suspend, restrict or discontinue part of the store when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, operational changes, legal compliance or business requirements.

We do not promise that every feature, product, page or service will remain available continuously or without interruption.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective when posted unless a later effective date is stated.

This provision does not require you to indemnify ModeAura for conduct for which ModeAura is legally responsible.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect, and the affected provision will be interpreted or limited as closely as lawfully possible to its intended purpose.

A delay in enforcing a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later. These Terms do not create a partnership, employment relationship, agency or joint venture between you and ModeAura.
